Who is the HCUL?

Established in 1937, HCUL has been instrumental in guiding, educating, and representing credit unions through decades of triumphs and challenges.
HCUL engages member credit unions in the legislative process on the local, state, and federal levels of government. HCUL keeps abreast of myriad regulatory issues and supports credit unions in addressing proposed regulations and understanding implementation of new regulations. Industry-specific education and training is offered by HCUL to steer member credit unions toward sustainable success.
