Learn what the 2018 rule changes entail to avoid unnecessary rules violations, customer dissatisfaction and financial losses due to non-compliance. The most significant upcoming changes apply to Regulation CC (Availability of Funds and Collection of Checks), which the Federal Reserve Board of Governors amended May 31, 2017.

Effective July 1, 2018, the changes in Regulation CC subparts A, C and D “reflect the evolution of the nation’s check collection system from one that is largely paper-based to one that is virtually all electronic.” (FederalReserve.gov) In this session, we expand on the details of these amendments and what they mean to you and your financial institution.

Who should attend:  Suited for ACH Operations, Branch Personnel, Compliance Officers and AAP Candidates
