Do you fully understand the roles and responsibilities of the OFDIs and Third-Party Senders? This full-day class will navigate you through a day at an OFDI to address specific origination risks, responsibilities, warranties and obligations to help OFDIs make the right decisions as you establish relationships with originating companies. We will then move on to Third-Party Senders and the actions they perform in the ACH network, the new requirement for ODFI’s to register their Third-Party Senders with NACHA, and how this affects the liabilities, risks, and audit requirements they face.

Who should attend: This session is ideal for ACH Operations, Treasury/Cash Management Staff, AAP Candidates, Business Account Officers and ACH Auditors
